We want you to love your Anna Lou of London jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-personalized pieces. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Anna Lou gift box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point or courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
